Development of ground-truth-based simple AI models to perform deception detection using features extracted from speeches recorded during trials. Deception detection is concerned with classifying an action as truthful or deceptive.

A computer-vision project focused on the development of an AI algorithm for the selection of "interesting" images within a given dataset, using Structural Similarity Index and a Support Vector Machine. The results were presented at the DISCnet event at the Royal Society (slides attached)
