Supported and monitored the AWS environment used by around 150 engineers and designers. Managed user access with IAM, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Set up 20 cloud workstations for Revit, AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Ran backups with AWS Backup and EBS snapshots, patching with Systems Manager and uptime checks. Automated onboarding, instance schedules and reporting with Python (boto3), Bash and PowerShell. Helped move project file shares to S3 and FSx.

Developed features and fixed bugs in production web applications for client businesses, using a Java backend and JavaScript front-end. Built data layers in MySQL and MongoDB, wrote unit tests and tuned slow queries. Worked in Agile sprints with sprint planning, code reviews and Git-based version control on shared team codebases.

Built RESTful APIs and Angular front-end components on a Node.js and MongoDB backend for production client applications. Carried out functional and integration testing to improve system stability, and wrote technical documentation within Agile sprint cycles.
