• Maintained accurate records of laboratory experiments to ensure reproducibility for researchers. • Analyzing chemical composition of materials to assess quality and suitability for further use. • Recorded test results systematically, including material types and testing dates. • Monitored quality control instruments (spectrophotometers, pH meters) to ensure precise measurements. • Reviewed experimental data to identify patterns, anomalies, or potential issues, supporting research reliability.

Prepare and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and test protocols. Ensure all laboratory activities follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice). Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Use analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, Karl Fischer, AAS etc. Conduct stability studies to check product shelf-life.

QC Analyst check the quality of products or materials for a company and overseeing procedures. Moreover keeping a record of defects and analysing products.

Training • Train QC analysts and technicians on SOPs, safety, and new methods. Testing of Raw Materials, In-Process, and Finished Products • Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing. • Ensure materials and products meet specifications. Sampling Collect representative samples of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk, and finished products. Release of Materials and Products • Approve or reject raw materials, intermediates, and finished products based on test results.

Clinical Laboratory ( Biochemistry Lab ). Biochemistry analyzers: proper collection, labeling, centrifugation, and storage. automated analyzers (e.g., for liver, kidney, lipid, glucose tests) work. Common tests: LFTs, RFTs, blood glucose, lipid profile, electrolytes, enzyme assays.
