Mentored less experienced developers to help establish qualified, knowledgeable team capable of meeting strict timelines.

Working for a web collaboration system named “Groupcare .Net Communities”. This product is certified by Microsoft in Platform test for hosted solution program. More than 50 customized solutions are hosted and I am responsible to develop, maintain and support more than 15 solutions. Beside the clients handling, organizing tasks among team members. Provide architecture and design level supports to team with core development.

Worked on team to develop HRM, ERP software and web applications for different clients. Most of the projects are based on ASP.Net, SQL Server and Crystal reports. Provided customer supports and services. Contacted corporate trainings during implementation of software. Prepared project documentations and presented several demos to customers.
