Work as Alcatel-Lucent internal SAP BI consultant under B&ITT GSM organization, responsible for Application issue and system optimization. • The support activities associated with BW Supply Chain and Finances • Ensure the delivering services and support according to SLA • Ensure the stabilization of the Production environment • Act as a bridge between Business Stakeholders and developer Team for the resolution of Service Requests and implementation of Projects.

Responsibility: • Responsible for the solution functional design & enhancements process • Responsible for maintaining solution delivery on target • Effectively liaised with Business users, gathered and collated all requirements • Participated for the solution technical design and realization • Collaborated with Third Parties for the solution development and test phases • Provided training to the super users before test phases • Participated in the solution Go Live implementation

Main Responsibility: - As third party consultant implement SAP BI project, include SAP functional module: BW, BO and Portal, BCS and BPM. - Define project planning and budget, control project risk. - Responsible for business requirement analysis, prepare functional specification. - Technical implement: build data module, data extract procedure, ETL process and built the report - user training and go -live support. - work closely with PM for project quality and on time delivery.
