Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop. Design, implement and manage the network infrastructure, including components such as Switches, routers and installation of additional servers. Development and implementation of new systems. Install, support, and maintain all network servers and devices. Maintain and support users’ desktops, laptops. Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Maintain system backup and procedures.

Installing new software, Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc.), Setting up user accounts, Permissions and Passwords. Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection. Fixing network faults, Network maintenance and Technical support for people using the network. Maintain system backup and procedures. Development and implementation of new systems
