Job Responsibilities and Details: The position responsibilities cover the following: • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies and policies. • Directing strategy towards the profitable growth. • Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities. • Provide adequate operational planning and financial control systems. • Provide strategic advice to the board members. • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans.

The position responsibilities cover managing all geotechnical design and technical activities for projects/tenders performed by ARCHIRODON through Middle East, Arabian Gulf, North Africa and Europe.

Responsible for designing all activities carried out by Foundation Technology and Ground Engineering Sector in Egypt, Algeria and Arabian gulf area.

Responsible for monitoring and supervision for Soil investigation program including field and laboratory testing complete with preparing all the required reports, Also for Design of Deep Foundations, Excavation support systems, Dewatering systems and design of Soil improvement systems. Including all related works for other Consultants or for deep foundation companies based on job by job bases.

Responsible for all activities carried out by Misr Raymond Foundations/Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates and Muscat: including management, marketing and supervisioning foundation works, soil investigation program and design works of various types of piles foundations including earth retaining structures.

Responsible for technical and construction works that carried out by Misr Raymond Foundations/Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi: including tendering, contracts, soil investigation program and design of various types of piles foundations and earth retaining structures, also monitoring and supervisioning piling works of various types of piles foundations and earth retaining structures in Abu Dhabi.

Responsible for project management, monitoring and supervision of piling works (offshore and/or on-land) in each project which were under my responsibility.

Responsible for control of piling works (pile setting out, pile execution and pile testing) including ASTRED tower and MAADI STAR Towers.

Responsible for Design works for all types of piling foundations including earth retaining structures.

Geotechnical Engineering Postgraduate Courses for Master degree, including : Soil testing in field and laboratory; Applied soil mechanics; theoretical soil mechanics; Advanced soil mechanics and Soil hydraulics.

Geotechnical Aspects in Foundation Construction, (Second Course of Specialty Course Series in Geotechnical Engineering), including: construction of shallow and deep foundations; dewatering systems; side support systems; soil improvement systems; sheet piles; diaphragm walls and earth embankments.

Design and Construction of pile foundations, (First Course of Specialty Course Series in Geotechnical Engineering), including: design and construction of bored piles; CFA piles and all types of driven piles, under vertical or lateral loading.

Civil Engineering courses, including: theory of structures; design of concrete structures; design of steel structures and steel bridges; Geotechnical engineering ....etc.
