In 2010, he founded the head office of Realty-TR Real Estate Investments and Consultancy in Marmaris county of Mugla, which is named as Pearl of the World. He carried into effect country franchising offices by introducing the Franchising system that is to actualize the most profitable franchising system of the world by R&D since 2000 until today, to the other countries in the world. ELİBOL, who is the owner of a brand that has 32 Franchise Offices in 27 countries in 2014.

ELİBOL assumed the general management of Turyap, which was found in 1985, and was the first franchisor of Turkey in the sector. He enabled holding to open up to the world, to carry into effect special projects and international marketing departments and brought in many international investors and projects to the country.

ELİBOL, who returned home in 2005 in accordance with the proposal of Goldman Sachs for Turkey operations, during 2 years of his country coordinatorship, has proved to all investors of America that Turkey is a right investment. In the meantime, ELİBOL proved to all Europe that in 2050 Turkey would be the 9th biggest economy of the world and the 3rd biggest economy of Europe by leaving behind Japan, Germany and France.

In 1996 while he was studying in New York, he won intercollegiate Trump Project contest, and in 1997 January he took up position in marketing department of The Trump Organization. The major innovation to the organization brought by Elibol, who has undertaken many successful projects in the Trump organization until February of 2004, is to ensure real estate manufacturing on golf courses and sales on project. The worldwide known Trump Tower Istanbul is also one of the projects of ELİBOL.
