My main responsibilities are making partnership with clients, advising them how to use data storage infrastructure in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. Working to improve the structure and efficiency of an organization’s infrastructure systems, meeting with clients to determine requirements, defining software, hardware and network requirements for clients need specific. Helping to clients to preparation of tender and contract documents.

My main responsibility was custom integration, implementation support on EMC products involving software at the customer site. Assist Customer Service in product implementation services. Work closely with EMC Sales, Customer Service, Project Managers and other TS personnel, Corporate Technical Support and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode.
