Ensuring overall smooth execution of Capacity Building for Credit Guarantee Fund project (European Investment Bank project) by effectively collaborating with international consultants to initiate change management activities, Driving efforts regarding the development and implementation of respective ‘Portfolio Guarantee Scheme’, generating periodic progress reports for EIB and organizing various comprehensive training to promote KGF’s mission,
