- Increased global integration delivery quality with the implementation of a Continuous Integration environment for IBM WebSphere Message Broker. - Sped up development start and eliminated dependency management issues in production with the development of Maven and Eclipse plugins. - Increased WMB message flows performance by 1000%, from minutes to seconds, refactoring ESQL code and message flow construction.

- Enabled the customer’s EAI to process more than 90 thousand transactions per second with the development of a new, lightweight, highly scalable, Java message broker. - Significantly reduced the chance of fines from the US government and/or private privacy protection entities with sensitive data masking in the logs. - Significantly reduced failures, stress and the time needed to perform administration tasks in the Java broker with JMX capabilities.

- Increased the company’s capacity to reuse code and provided standardization on both code and visual identity levels with the development of Delphi components that teammates could drag and drop from the IDE. - Reduced from 1-2 days to a couple of minutes (sometimes zero!) the time needed to setup a new customer’s dot-matrix printer invoice layout with the creation of an easy-to-use layout creation, configuration and sharing UI.

- Restored the department capability to enhance the main application after a technical issue fully dropped the source code, writing the entire application from scratch based only on user requirements and the existing database.
