Responsible for the preparation, the quality and timely delivery of the reporting package to Bayer AG (HQ) and for the preparacion of the Financial Statement and the Additional Note, according respectively to Group Guidelines, Local GAAPs and tax laws requirements. Responsible and accountable for guarantying / ensuring timely and correctly payments for VAT, income tax and for the preparation of the respective declarations.

Procurement, Sales and Distribution, General Audit and dedicated Internal Control System audits of Bayer subsidiaries mainly in Western Europe and Asia Pacific Region; Support for the preparation, coordination and follow up of mainly Internal Control System audit projects; Wide experience in evaluation of effectivness and efficiency of processes, data extraction and analysis, discussion of audit results and preparation of audit raccomandations

Coordination of Internal Control System Management (ICS) at local level: the role is part of the organizational model defined by Bayer Group for the compliance to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirement. Duties: definition of local scoping processes, reporting and discussion of issues with Managing Director and Subgroup ICS/Corporate ICS Management, coordination of activities of local and external auditors, responsible for ICS training and for compliance of ICS local documentation.

Financial audit of single and consolidated Financial Statements (according to Italian GAAP) and reporting packages of subsidiaries with German Headquarters, according to IFRS and US GAAP; good experience in process analysis; auditor for financial due diligence mainly related to acquisition and Initial Public Offering (IPO); limited review – agreed upon procedures – on special topics (ex. Derivates on Public Bond).
