Position : Resources & Account Manager I am responsible for : - the entire recruitment process. - the management of 10-15 people (our consultants) assigned to different projects and Clients (at the moment mainly in Northern Italy area) - the management of our Clients - the research of new Clients - the management of the economic process related both with the Resources I coordinate and Clients I deal with (commercial offers, salaries...).
