Working at the OWL group “Molecular Interaction Networks” of Ulrich Stelzl. Completed further analysis of dynamic protein kinase A interactions. Performed master thesis on analyzing (tyrosine-) kinase specificity.

Completed two-month internship at the research group “Microbial Virulence” of Roland Krause, where we annotate protein domains context-dependently. Completed Bachelor thesis about Protein kinase A interactions thereafter, supervised by Roland Krause and Ulrich Stelzl.

PAREXEL is a contract research organization which provides services for pharmaceutical companies, including clinical studies. Completed two-month internship at the Biostatistics department. Validated and programmed SAS macros for evaluation of clinical studies (phase I/IIa).
