As part of the Dual Studies Programme at IKEA DIstribution Services, I've collaborated with different teams and took part in several 3-months projects with different levels of responsibility in (1) Human Resources (DE and CH), (2) European Low Flow Distribution Centre (Administration and Operations), (3) Transport & Services Area Central Europe, and (4) Controlling department. Areas of focus: (1) BPM, (2) HR Operations and Recruiting, (3) Operating Costs, (4) Project Management.

Under a temporary assignment, I've collaborated with the HR team with: (1) the revision of the Competence Profiles for IKEA Lager & Service at the logistic units in Switzerland and (2) concept development for the recruitment of new BA students from Switzerland for IKEA Distribution Services GmbH & Co. KG.

As a temporary associate I was part of the Outbound team, constantly involved in receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching parcels to meet the standards that our customers deserved. I was as well in the Customer Returns team, processing returned orders and checking quality issues with returned packages.

Parallel to my education in the field of Systems Administration and Networking, I helped many clients with IT-related issues such as Netorking problems, Operating System configurations, Equipment setup, and others.
