Responsible for the implementation of the Rieter Production System in different countries: Italy - China - India Projects and results tracking, training support and design

Project plan, design and execute following stakeholders requirements Establish and improve processes across various functional teams Successfully build and manage the Operations Team with responsibility for over 90 employees Develop product and technical equipment forecast for all Olympic sites Implement security measures for the supply chain Build relationship with the National Olympic Organizing Committee and major key accounts

- Deliver training sessions to Coca-Cola Management in seven European countries - Conduct analysis of Best Practice in Supply Chain Management in Italy and abroad - Test improvement measures on the factory floor - Build up training material package based on research results - Monitor action plan and secure successful implementation of improvements
