Released a government IT-project within a very narrow timeframe (2mo time-to-market) and packed the labor costs so that company got 35% margin; Executed design project of an international marketplace product (350+ frames), solved the 2 months overdue and initiated a cost estimate revision, giving the company 2X revenue. Made innovations into internal company system of manager reports, projects’ quality estimating. Led stakeholder management (C-level negotiations), budgeting & costs control.

Increased the value of monthly manufactured products up to 20% up to the previous average level, because of overdue lack in contractors work; Decreased COGS of my own designed projects on 15% to, by successful design work (expences lowering) and agreements with contractors; With my team, we reinvented the process of designing the products, by amending the ERP-system organization (DevOps - integrating with CAD/CAE); Launched 4 global projects (Moscow Kremlin, Baku, Venice, UAE).

My first work experience as an IT specialist trainee during the education. Knight Frank LLP gave me fundamentals of technical skills and corporate negotiations understanding – that was really helpful for me on the entry-level. Transformed more than 50 user PC systems, including hardware, operating systems, applied software by optimizing my work to the colleagues’ schedule; Made an agreement with a headquarters in Moscow and transformed the PBX-telephony system to the SIP (also approximately 50 users).
