On the basic level applied technics like DCF modeling with WACC calculation, comparable company analysis across European e-commerce peers, peer benchmarking using EV/EBITDA and P/E multiples, built 3-statement financial model with multi-year projections, and performed industry analysis using Porter's Five Forces and SWOT frameworks to arrive at target price recommendation.

Co-founded Uniora, project meant to help migrants from Asia integrate into the Polish society. Secured funding through the National Centre for Research and Development and EU grant by pitching the initiative - now leading a team of 5 people and working with 3 mentors across Marketing, AI, and Business fields.
