Order fulfilment manager for the service and maintenance of tanks. Accountable for managing the order processing, execution, and fulfilment

Actively managed the implementation and improvement of the shipping process by managing a team of 50 workers, selecting carriers, managing routes, and ensuring fleet and people safety. Supervised and trained the team for picking and packing deliveries and store replenishment.

Production supervisor accountable for leading the coordination and allocation of labour, equipment, and material to ensure production goals. Actively minimized stock excess and equipment loss in a push set up by:  establishing a regular assessment of stock levels and monitoring inventory turnover rates to identify and scrap obsolete materials.  implementing a tool control mechanism leading to a zero-loss rate of equipment in the production.

Led a team of 50 production workers for the manufacturing of seat covers for the automotive industry.  Accountable for managing the resource allocation of 5 production lines.  Successfully reduced sickness rate and improve production output by designing and implementing an alternative production layout and introducing ergonomic workstations.

Led a team of 85 production workers and managed the production of electric circuit breakers.  Successfully implemented several lean projects in the production by transforming a linear set up to a batch-oriented approach (Kanban) enhancing the production flexibility and output.  Improve the production flow by outsourcing preassembly activities to strategic partners and applying ergonomics principles in the production.

Managed a team of 7 people and worked in collaboration with R&D to industrialize new products.  Optimized the second choice recovering process of tires by reworking deviations and ensuring customer´s acceptance.  Controlled & analyzed the daily behavior of produced tires to ensure quality adherence.
