• Logistics Function Lead for project forming DX division by combining 3 companies (Bayer, Dade, and DPC) • Led coordination of inventory transfers into European Distribution Center from country warehouses being closed down • Worked with Finance, IT, and Customer Service groups to merge legal entities and build out OTC and Logistics processes

• Managed finished good demand for EMEA. Coordinated replenishment from the US and Japan for the ADVIA product line • Optimized inventory at four 3PL DCs. Performed supplier quality audits. Later became the department SME for SAP
