At Vetor, I took on the responsibility for developing and enhancing the company's commercial, operational, and after-sales processes. I oversaw commercial negotiations, project development, installation execution, and successful delivery of over 200 projects. These projects currently provide customers with an annual energy savings of over €1.5M. Additionally, I acted as manager for construction teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines and delivery quality.

I took charge of expanding the company's headquarters to Piauí, leading the entire process from negotiation to the installation of 20 projects in the region. My responsibilities included identifying opportunities and conducting strategic negotiations, resulting in the successful implementation of these projects.

I did an exchange program in Germany, during which I spent 7 months taking a German language course in Frankfurt, followed by another 6 months studying Mechatronics at Hochschule Karlsruhe, and then completed a 5-month internship at Porsche in Stuttgart.
