• Quotation management: Single point of control for quotation data, project leader of kick-off presentation, management of quotation and costs information of all areas impacted by the project costs (logistic, product development, process, quality/ validation, packaging, etc.). • Account management: RFQ's, prospecting, CBD analysis, engineering modifications, price negotiation based on market variations, commercial proposals and customer service.

• Responsible for the management for new products and technical modifications, being the focal point between the client and the company. • Coordination of multifunctional team (product development, process, production, logistic, quality & supplier documentation (PPAP tier „N“) and PSW submission, tooling construction). • Follow-up of project progress within the client's schedule and deadlines and project-specific profitability analysis reports and indicators (cost / budget, deadlines, quality).

• Responsible for the project management and R&D for new Products and modifications on Closures system, with emphasis on “APQP management FIAT. • Prototype development, product validation DV & PV, APQP, Cost reduction, benchmarking, DFMEA. • Support to the sales department: Quotation date, technical review & presentations.

• Control of drawings and specification / GD&T. • IMDS responsible. • Benchmarking analysis/studies to new business.

• Product Development assistant: Kaizen, BOM, Flowcharts, Quotation Data, DFMEA, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Why’s, etc.).

• Management/Control of PPAP (FMEA, Flowchart, Control Plan, CEP, etc. • Follow-up national and international suppliers.

• Project Management: Management of new projects and special supplies, Planning and monitoring of manufacturing / process feedback to customers. • Product Engineering: Industrial project development, Auto Cad, SolidWorks, drawing (2D), parts modeling (3D) and parts assembly. • Customer service: Technical visits, Technical Proposal & Presentations, after sales.

• 2D drawings, 3D models and assemblies in Solid Edge. • Creation/Design of products for industries of toys and parts for office. • Projects of plastic injection mold of industries in the automotive, textile, toys, decoration and office.

• Machining of parts in conventional milling machines, planning, preparation and operation in CNC millin, construction of devices, adjustment, etc.

Technical focus: Systems engineering, production planning, quality, materials, manufacturing processes. Focus on management: Technical administration finance, economy, logistics, marketing, environment, industrial costs, project management and economic feasibility.
