Completed an 18-month traineeship program in Information Management, including two assignments at Wintershall branches abroad. Worked on a project that harmonized Wintershall’s business processes across various support functions.

Worked on consulting engagements in Accenture’s Energy practice, focusing on Business Processes Optimization and SAP deployments. Worked on a large-scale transformation project at a leading International Oil Company that improved the firm’s downstream operations from crude oil to the customer. Helped to conduct functional fit-gap analysis of the client’s SAP system and supported the development of a new solution design. Achieved promotion after the first year of employment.

Wrote bachelor thesis at SAP’s Service Management Unit, which has the task to co-innovate with customers, to develop new services around SAP products, and to accelerate the pace of innovation at SAP. Explored the application of Design Thinking as a problem-solving technique that can help customers to identify business cases for disruptive technologies such as Cloud, Mobile and In-Memory Computing. Applied the findings of the thesis by hosting Design Thinking workshops with customers.

Six-month internship at SAP’s Consulting and Services Division, focusing on knowledge and quality management. Performed customer reviews and created customer references in collaboration with consultants. Developed a framework for evaluating the technological maturity of new customers based on Business Process Re-engineering. Enrolled in the SAP FastTrack Talent Relationship Program for the 10% best performing SAP students in the EMEA region.

PERI is a German engineering company and a market leader for formwork and scaffolding solutions. The consulting project for PERI’s strategic management department encompassed an analysis of the company’s current positioning in the European market as well as the identification of growth opportunities in China.
