As part of the #OurPlace team, I am working with my colleagues on the construction of the new BASF office and the relocation of approximately 3000 colleagues to the new site in Berlin. Tasks include: - Supplier arrangements and coordination of internal requirements - On-site appointments to assess progress and plan lighting controls - Coordinating and planning the installation of a keyless locker system for the site

- document and analyse work processes and categorise individual activities - Representation and visualisation of work processes in international standard BPMN - Identify and validate process patterns (which were worked out in advance by the two internal supervisors of the work) in different processes - Identify solutions within the company and develop my own presenting the topic internally at various management meetings. These were held in English, conducted online and involved groups of 10 to 100+ people
