After 1 month training period at Bosch facilities in Europe: Management of quality related problems claimed by the customer, related to K9K engine injection system. Analysis of injection system Diagnosis.

Analysis and calibration of engine Diagnosis parameters. Management and traceability of engine calibrations made by the calibration team. Study of the software for programming engine ECU, and communication protocols with vehicle. Frequent reprogramming activities of engine ECU on vehicle at Nissan Avila plant. Calibration of OBD (On Board Diagnosis) parameters and preparation of technical reports. Window Person with Japan for calibrations related matters.

Product development, prototyping and validation since concept stage to product launch from factory, preparation of technical documents (FMEA, Specifications, Validations…). Exchange with customer and development of related patents. Exchange of technical information between Dalphimetal and the partner company NIHON PLAST (Japan).

Preparation of technical documents, preparation of presentations for customers, coordination with the headquarters in Germany, the production sites in China and the office in Yokohama, management of quality related problems claimed by the customer, preparation of quality documents and reports, and support during customers’ audits to the production sites. Frequent visits to our plant in China for preparation of audits.

Calculation and valuation the best manufacturing method by means of stamping process, inlay work, welding and mechanisation, as well as controlling and pursuit of company costs. Quotation calculations for customers, reporting directly to the Sales Manager and the Management. Collaboration to introduce the company calculation scheme into the data management system Rembold & Holzer, and its application for the Work in Process calculation.
