Study on the process of demineralization of process water. Familiarization with precipitator electrostatic and flue gas scrubber as a measure of pollution reduction. Introduction into the operation and maintenance of the power station. Water process analysis to control pH, conductivity, silica, phosphate, chloride, hydrazine and sodium. Realize and actualizing manuals for water process analysis equipment in the laboratory of chemical processes. Information compilation for the Master Project.

Realize reports on the water cycle operation of the Power Station. Learning the functioning of water feed pumps, condenser, boiler, steam turbines and generator. Participation in training courses on RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance).

Calculating the performance of centrifugal pumps for the refrigeration water. Familiarization with the design of safety valves. Supervision of maintenance operations in the FCC unit (Fluid Catalytic Cracking).

Master´s Thesis: Study on reduction of the emission of NOx by secondary measures in the thermal power station of Los Barrios.

Bachelor´s Thesis: Methods of NOx reduction by the application of primary measures in the thermal power station of Los Barrios. Erasmus in the University Groep-T, Leuven (Belgium), from 09/2008 to 06/2009. Internship at Endesa Ireland LTD., Waterford and Dublin (Ireland), from 02/2011 to 08/2011.
