Helped shape a multi-year transformation program at a top-5 automotive manufacturer — harmonizing IT architecture and processes across 20+ global markets, digitalizing globally distributed plant networks, and establishing agile delivery governance. Co-responsible for IT compliance, data mapping, and AML projects across automotive and banking. Co-founded and steered an internal “Agile Innovation” network.

Co-founded a start-up for AI-supported innovation management: idea-management software with market screening based on word-trend analysis and neural networks. Responsible for stakeholder engagement, algorithm design, and early-stage market entry — an early, hands-on touchpoint with neural networks, long before the current AI boom.

Strategy internship (Mar–Aug 2010): organized a “Green IT Round Table” networking event for CIOs and IT managers, designed a market-entry strategy and competitor analysis for the Austrian energy market, and supported sales material and strategy presentations. Bachelor’s thesis engagement (Apr–Jun 2011): analyzed ICT-enabled sustainability service offerings and portfolio-alignment opportunities in the consulting industry.
