Secured cross-functional alignment and managed stakeholder expectations to launch a highly secure collaboration service leveraging public cloud infrastructure. Prioritised features and drove development to meet stringent regulatory and end-to-end encryption requirements for the customer.

Led the Agile/Scrum team as Product Owner for the development of the Multicloud Management Platform.

Managed end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap for a global VAS portfolio, including MMSC, Ringback Tone, signalling and billing platforms. Led customer requirement analysis, coordinated development teams, supported international tenders, and drove GTM strategy. Partnered with Sales/Marketing, represented the company at industry events, built strategic partnerships, and established thought leadership.
