Recently led the introduction of Hosted Cloud, a private cloud service using Google Distributed Cloud Air-Gapped technology, into the T-Systems portfolio. This involved a PoC and operational setup in datacenters, managing vendor relations, ensuring compliance, and developing pricing models. Another past achievement is the launch of a secure, E2E-encrypted collaboration service on the public cloud. Currently, working as consultant in the context of digital sovereignty and cloud.

Managed end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap for a global VAS portfolio, including MMSC, Ringback Tone, signalling and billing platforms. Led customer requirement analysis, coordinated development teams, supported international tenders, and drove GTM strategy. Partnered with Sales/Marketing, represented the company at industry events, built strategic partnerships, and established thought leadership.
