- Providing leadership to the Greater Paraburdoo Operations Mine Planning Team, technical auditing of Plans, Mine Designs, projects and studies - Medium Term Planning: Preparation of Mine Plans for up to 3 years, including reserve assessment, ore reserve evaluation, input to mine budget plans, drilling and explosive requirements forecast in a multi pit mining and multi element blending operation (25 pits and 35 waste dumps) - Management of pit, dump and road designs and approvals

Short Term Planning for Greater Paraburdoo Operations: Preperation of Drilling and Mining Schedule for 3 months periods including optimization of quality and quanitity of ore product as well as fixed and mobile equipment. Completion of effective mine designs accommodating for the development and construction of open-cut pits, waste dumps, in-pit stockpiles and rehabilitated landforms. Management of pit, dump and road designs for Technical Services and Mine Operations. Monitor conformance to plan.
