Full end-to-end responsibility for the large-scale modernization and redesign program of the entire ICE 3 fleet, including complete interior redesign, new digital passenger information systems and accessibility upgrades and more. Central interface to operations, EBA, suppliers, works council and board. Ensure full compliance to all regulations and frequent reporting to the board.

I was responsible for the design, development, validation and integration to the point of continuous improvement for Clutch Apply Systems. My tasks were the conceptual design as e.g. the creation and release of specifications, adjustment with all the interfaces and counterparts, released the components and documented issues. Furthermore, I´ve introduced a full polymer Clutch Apply design at Opel/GM for the first time ever with significant cost saving potential and without technical disadvantage.

Project coordinator at AUDI AG Ingolstadt over an external engineering agency Bertrandt AG - responsible for the prototype coordination of the new AUDI A1. Furthermore I was nominated to execute the work as Engineering-Model-Adviser related to traction power and fuel consumption. My field of responsibility was mainly engraved by project management in order to ensure proper project execution on time and regular status reports to the leader boards.
