Lead and manage Cost Performance Engineering (CPE) material save projects aligned to the Mechanical Components Gold Business Enterprise (GBE) and Air & Thermal Systems GBE ($3.6B of revenue). Ensure material save ($30M) and spend targets are achieved. Set the CPE strategy for the GBE and take ownership of "growing the business" as it related to CPE. Define workshop plan to ensure robust pipeline. CPE single point of contact for the GBEs including overall reporting to Senior Leaders.

Coordinating and prioritizing Cost Take Out activities across all 11 European Aerospace sites, responsible for AOP. Organizing a Team of 3 Program Managers remotely, dispatching efforts between all relevant departments (Transition, Engineering, Sourcing, Legal) Defined and deployed Management Operating System MOS. Member of the Prague Site Leadership Team and HOS Prague Site deployment. Attained sites productivity (Annual savings $1.1M for 2015, $1.6M+ for 2016).

Supported B&GA (Business & General Aviation) Customers with Honeywell content. Developed and improved strong relationships with channel partners and operators through regular visits, written and verbal communications and operator conferences. Led Customer Core Team, the RAIL and ensures consistency in customer contact plans. Championed Customer concerns and product support issues to ensure on-time resolution. Facilitated and coordinated executive meetings between Customers and Honeywell.

Coordinated Cost Take Out activities across all 11 European Aerospace sites. (Annual savings $475K for 2011, $564K for 2012).
