-Management of contracts, bill of quantities, planning the works and organizing the site facilities in order to meet scheduled deadlines (for structural, site utilities, hardscape and landscape works I was directly involved in coordination and planning of the works/subcontractors) -Technical overview of the drawings and quantities of works (reinforcement quantities, concrete, excavation, backfilling, asphalt…) -Ensuring all standards for quality control and quality assurance were met for the project

-Management of the project in accordance with the contract (FIDIC and non FIDIC), bill of quantities and technical specifications.. -Management and coordination of works made by the investor -Making of daily and monthly reports referring to the stage of the project in accordance with the project's schedule -Day to day analyze and survey of works -Technical solutions for problems appeared on site SAB Miller Breweries Buzau-proper coordination of works increased factory's production with 25% in just 5 months

-Design management for OMV, Mol and Petrom-OMV filling stations -Construction design for Petrom-OMV fuel stations -Calculation of quantities for price breakdown of contract -Build up schedule of works Project value – 1.5 mil euro

-Quality and quantity supervision of teams of workers and subcontractors (interior finishing) -Programming of works, workers and materials in accordance with construction schedule. I've coordinate 170 workers simultaneously in order to finish on time the second floor of JUSTICE Palace in Bucharest.
