As a User Experience Engineer, I am responsible for establishing a functional, user-centered environment within the company. This requires a comprehensive and complex approach with tasks and challenges such as: • Deciding on research needs and approach in a challenging industry • Creating flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for the quality management software Qsistant • Partnering with an international project team – including different stakeholders and planning a user-centered process

Topic: User-centered analysis and development of a mobile user interface for a cloud-based management system in the field of quality management

As a supporting position in the user-centered approach, I operated in developing the software qsistant.

As part of the UX team, I supported the conception of digital products and building an internal UX lab. The work included different challenges as: • Preparation, execution and analysis of sample-based evaluations - user studies as moderator • Data collection and elaboration of user needs in an agile, user-centered process in form of ideation workshops with different project teams
