As required for my bachelors degree, I completed my internship during the 5th semester. This occupation offered a wide variety of tasks to adopt. In general, I have developed solutions for different IT security engineering challenges, worked on data analysis and -dashboards for the A1 SIEM and took part in typical security response activities in A1 CERT, such as case-investigation and evaluation of methods and products to improve security overall.

During this internship, I have been given the opportunity to work on a PoC regarding network intrusion detection and -prevention systems. Furthermore, I worked on the evaluation & integration of secure software development tools into existing SDLCs as well as Web- and Application Security and -Firewalling.
