Project lead for the New Product Introductions for Avanids, mainly the canning line, for external customers. Ensuring that all projects are on track and that all stake holders are aligned on delivery. Establishing clear communication with the customers and suppliers, to drive the project and explore possibilities and feasibilities.

In April 2018 the canning line had its initial start-up. The first few months proved to be challenging for the efficient running of the line, with many points for improvement in both the installation and functioning of the line, as well in the lack of training of the operators. I was hired as interim production manager and project manager with the aim to round up all open points of food safety, safety, environment and maintenance.

Project management for the Forming stream within the Nectarine poject. The Nectarine project was the closure of the Swedish Findus factory and movement of the production to multiple sites across Europe.
