I'm responsible for integrating Eqipia (company acquired by XING) into XING as XING Referral Manager and further develop it based on customer needs. Therefore I work with and manage an international team of engineers and designers to build a top-notch and scalable B2B SaaS product. Beside that I work on product innovations across the entire product portfolio; enhance data driven product development and advocate for the lean methodology within the company.

I founded this company in February 2013. As BuddyBroker AG we created the recruiting product Eqipia – a smart employee referral tool, which enabled companies to fill more positions trough employee referrals. Our company got acquired by XING in April 2016. At BuddyBroker I was responsible for the product management, partner management, hiring and fundraising.

Under my brand Outstander I realized multiple web applications for national and international companies such as Ronald McDonals or Völkl International. I consulted and supported my clients step by step from the conception phase until the final realization of the project. Therefore I worked with and managed an international team of freelancers but also worked on the user interface design by myself.
