Company TRG was in former Yugoslavia the Prva Petoletka's agency for Slovenia nad Croatia. After falling apart of Yugoslavia, Company TRG try to get oportunities with Western hydraulic producers. I worked as a Sales Tehnician mostly on a field of industrial hydraulic. My efforts was to bring something new in company. So I was in charge of opening a workshop for hydraulic hoses and managed to become an official distributor for Linde hydraulics.

As a Shift Manager I was responsible in a foundary of water fittings. It coveres work around furnancy, Disamatic sand moulding machine with corresponding transport line and send preparation facility. I have got experiences with organizing shifts, comunication, leadership, planing, maintanancy, supervising of production proces and quality. Through maintanacy I got in tuch with hydraulics on induction furnaces and Disamatic die casting machine.
