As Resource Manager, my role is to discover, attract and recruit Talent for our clients whilst building our Talent pipeline for the future. I strive to identify the best talent for the business and IT sector, and provide an exciting yet seamless candidate experience along the way.

Presentation of the company to clients and potential partners; Presentation of the collection to clients, according to their cultural fashion standards; Placing orders; Reporting to Area/country Manager.

Organisation of " 27th week of Italian language in the world"; Event management /organization of the cultural events : Public relations, finding and managing potential sponsors, managing of calendar, sole point of contact for the press, managing partner and actors involved with the event; creation of a business communication plan, 1.0 and 2.0; managing of advertising campaign.
