Accurate and reliable, I can count on a strong spirit of organization and adaptation - acquired during my year of study in Germany andthanks to work experience in the field of event organization. I'm pragmatic, I favour learning by doing and I feel comfortable working in ateam - especially because I'm empathetic, a good listener and able to recognize the value of other people's ideas. I tend to play the roleof mediator but I can also take on the role of leader if necessary for the smooth functioning of the group and for the achievement of thegoal within the agreed timeframe. I have no difficulty in managing projects independently.
