- Coordinate the S&OP and MPS process and provide Production & Purchasing with volume requirements - Route cause analysis of product stock outs/overstocks and establish optimal stock levels - KPIs development, analysis and controlling - Establish ABC classification for products and production strategies based on demand profile, volume and revenue generation

- Responsible for monitoring and reporting distribution data from numerous various sources. Draw conclusions and recommend improvement options - Management of a broad range of global distribution projects including validation activities for shipment systems - Maintain professional contact with external vendors (containers, monitors, forwarders, service providers) and community (Distribution Logistics, Quality, Validation) to obtain and exchange information

- Monitoring of distribution processes to ensure the optimum service level, according to safety and quality regulations - Analysis of department processes to find out improvement areas through lean systems such as value stream mapping - Planning of the replenishment activities between the Italian Distribution Centers - Management of improvement projects, from the feasibility study to the final start-up, working with sub-contractors and different departments
