Within the SLOVENSKE ELEKTRARNE “nuclear power plant” project in Mochovce - SLOVAKIA, my main activities concern with working in cooperation with the Project Manager, in order to follow the time schedule and avoid delays. Within the ENEL “New covered coal park” and “Measures to improve the pier of Costa Morena” projects in Brindisi - ITALY, my main activities included projects monitoring from engineering to construction through cost and time control, projects updating and projects reporting. Within the EDF “nuclear power plant” project in Flamanville - FRANCE, my main activities included setup and monitor project budget, verify changes in scope suggesting corrective action finalised at optimising the impact on budgeted costs.
