Francesco Pretelli

Working mainly on Android devices in Xamarin. My job is to help the company shift all their existing products to a new mobile platform. The team is expected to grow rapidly and developing a efficient and robust infrastructure will be the key to the future of the company. I am responsible for the development, testing and deployment of our mobile software on all our units. Aside of the apps I am also in charge of the distribution system (repository) to deploy and update the units in the field.

Leading an awesome team to build amazing B2B apps. Noteworthy apps I’ve contributed are: SKY SmartSky, YouQ, CRV PortaBull, Waikato Quoting App. Beside development task I was also responsible for work allocation and priorities, I made sure that everyone knows what to do, why and when it needs to be done. I was also in charge of setting up, managing and controlling git repositories, redmine projects’ issues, wikis and builds.

Worked in an awesome team mainly as an embedded programmer. My main duties were to develop for STM32 and Cartesio platform on embedded Linux and RTOS. Notewhorty products I’ve contributed to: 700series, RA50, MS205, Garmin BlackBox, NRX200, FusionLink iOS App.

I was mainly working in C++, C and C# on different projects. My main projects were related to the development of a management software for the Milan Metropolitan Subway, I have worked in team with ACS France (a Xerox company). The development was done in C++ targeting linux operating system.

My main duties were developing firmware for instruments used for TV/SAT signals analysis. I was working mainly in C, on a custom made operating systems and ARM architecture. I have contributed to the development of different commercial products including: Digicube, Examiner, DM16Q, ATOM HD, Master Series, OMNIA-9 and many others.
