I train Project Managers and other stakeholders, support them in adopting it with their projects, collect their feedback, and measure projects compliance. While the organization is transitioning from traditional waterfall into Agile, I evolve the project methodology to support the new ways of working.

My experience includes Retail, Loyalty, Energy, Technology, Digital, e-Commerce, Analytics, CRM and ERP.
