I coordinate a team of Internal Asset Manager and I give them all the management guidelines they need in the daily business. I teach them about UCCMB management philosophy, UCCMB IT platform, and about how to manage a team of external consultants. At the moment I'm also deeply involved in the IT platform improvement and customization for the German market and legal background and for the reporting to our mandator. I'm also responsible for the settlment agreements approval.

Internal Asset Manager - Large Files; In charge of a NPL portfolio with a value of more than € 230 million (more than € 400.000 per file); I had the responsibility to coordinate a team of external lawyers in order to mitigate credit, legal and management risks and reach the best performances possible in terms of portfolio management, settlement agreements and collected money; In november 2010 I have been awarded as one of the best UCCMB Internal Asset Manager - Large Files all over the country
