Dominican Republic (4 star hotel all inclusive 600 rooms in Punta Cana – until mid February 2006) and Saint Lucia (4 star hotel, 150 rooms, Sunswept resorts).

Consultancy for the hotel and tourism industry. Major assignment in the Carribean (September 2004 – March 2005). Currently working on a restaurant opening in Switzerland (administration and finance).

Mostly large scale (400+ rooms) inclusive and non-inclusive resort operations. Employed on several missions in Spain (Fuerteventura), Germany (Düsseldorf, headquarters) and Morocco. Assignments included : Spain – assistance with induction and training of newly installed Financial Controller. Germany – involved in the market and feasibility study for the future unit in Disneyland Paris and then development some excel/macros based suite for consolidation purposes and future budget set. Morocco –

269 rooms, 4 star club resort, 4 F&B outlets, extensive sport and leisure facilities (382 employees). Reporting to FC headquarters and GM; key role as the only native French speaking member of the executive team. Managed all personnel matters relating to the ex-pat employees. Consolidation package for the group done under US GAAP / IFRS rules and HBII GAAP (German accounting plan).
