Responsible for the Tendering Department coordinating the work of all Tendering Managers and interfacing with all stakeholders - Business Development Managers and Engineering Managers - allowing the organization to present competitive winning bids. Responsible for the Critical's Information System and for providing metrics about the proposal activity to the upper management. Owner of the Tendering Process within in the internal QMS. Part of a core team for the development of BD-CMM compliant processes.

Responsible for the proposals sent out in the Aerospace, Space and Defence markets addressing the company's different markets and customers worldwide. Complete bid writing cycle, from assessment to proposal delivery and subsequent follow-up and debriefing. Very good understanding of ESA procurement cycle.

- Assessment of Dependability and Safety Evaluations, including SwFMECA, FTAs, HSIA, Code Inspections, Stress Testing and Robustness Testing - Product Assurance activities and a Software Criticality Analyses of the Galileo Ground Control Segment software

- Development of a Dependability Benchmark for Real-Time Kernel for On-board Space Systems - Evaluation of dynamic Verification and Validation techniques for space segment software - Performance evaluation and database tuning of Traffic Control database - Development of an application for auditing EWSD network switches - Evaluation of the effects of Single Event Upsets (SEU)on COTS for space applications
