As a Talent Acquisition Lead my days are focused on managing the strategy, employer branding, and budgeting. My focus is mostly on creating, supporting, and nurturing the TA team that consists of 5 amazing members and making sure that the processes are streamlined, deadlines are met, and overall the motivation of the team.

As a Talent Lead, I was in charge of E2E recruitment processes and strategy.

As a Lead TA in OLX I was handling cross-department while doing recruitment along with managing and coaching members of the recruitment team.

As part of my tenure for YLD, I focused in the following tasks: - Recruitment for the Company departments based in Lisbon and Porto - Coordinating with Management Teams to establish deadlines for new hires and positions - Increasing the output and performance for the recruitment pipeline, eliminating bottlenecks and maintaining quality of the hires. - Observation, Cooperation and acting support in the onboarding and administrative processes of new hires.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Talkdesk I support the Sourcing and ensuring the recruitment in the following areas: - Engineering - Product - Product Support - Customer Success - Design - Operations Additionally had a couple of Organizational Projects.

During my experience as a TAT @ Talkdesk I supported\was responsible with the recruitment in the following areas: - Engineering - Product - Customer Success - Product Support - Design - Operations Additionally, I was responsible for the following projects: - Greenhouse Management. - Recruitment Data Reporting and Dashboard Reporting. - Documentation Writing regarding recruitment processes.

What I do @ Helped International: - Responsible for the Technical Recruitment and Selection in the IT field; - Sourcing of Candidates (Boolean Search; Web-Scraping and other tools); - Perform all the activities related to the R&S field: Phone Interviews, Behavior interviews, Technical Interviews, Salary Negotiation; - Business development: Manage existing costumers, augment the cross-selling opportunities and explore new markets & trends.

Curricular Internship provided by ISCTE-IUL working in the following duties: - Assisting and Participating in R&S processes. - Assisting Consulting Team in administrative and support duties. - Opportunity Analysis and Job Specification Studies. - Curricular Screening. - Interview Scheduling and Database Maintenance.
