Responsible for: Answering technical questions about mobile hydraulics applications in construction, agriculture and for other work machines in EMEA region; Supporting the sales organization in the planning of hydrostatic drive systems, as well as the presentation of systems and hydrostatic products to customers; Coordinate the interface between Sales Teams and the product-related departments such as Product Engineering, Quality, Production Planning and Assembly.

Responsible for the design and deployment of Motor, Gearbox and Drive Unit Assembly manufacturing lines in Powertrain at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. Coordinate cross-functional design activities with tool vendors to develop and select manufacturing equipment necessary for high volume series production. Perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test, and ensure production ramp-up. Drive process control and process development, specifically in the areas of quality and equipment capability.

Responsible for adapting existing assembly lines in Germany and USA to the Brazilian environment. Preparing and presenting Capital Expenditure Proposals. Planning workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Working with Product Engineering concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. Monitor production processes and work methods. Collect, compile and analyze production data to identify opportunities and improve processes. Collect and analyze test data and present findings in reports. Identify operational risks and implement safety standards at Piratini Special Steel Plant.

Automotive accessories design and modeling in 3D and 2D software as SolidEdge, NX and AutoCad. Follow-up of prototype and components developments. Focus in tonneau covers, side steps and roll cages for OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) projects.
