As Head of Mobile Development, my main responsibilities lay on the overall management of mobile product development, both for iOS and Android, including: - Coordinate product specifications - Spearhead development of new features, and resolve issues at an early stage - Support the mobile team on technical and operational tasks - Review code and performance quality - Analyse user behaviour to continuously improve our products

As the first Mobile Developer hired at NGM, I had the responsibility to specify and build the core architecture for iOS Apps, as well as, decide on which technologies and frameworks to integrate, in order to fulfil the product’s needs, and set the bases to make a highly reusable and scalable application.

Assisted the Mobile Team to develop a Home Automation App, that integrated several third party connected devices, and allowed the user to control different variables within their homes, such as: lights, temperature, power outlets, just to mention a few.
