Technical stack migration (OGIL web application for high schools in the Ile de France region)

I am responsible for the implementation of PCP, a highly modular and scalable web portal for bank card services. This portal is used by the employees of the German saving banks (Sparkassen), the PLUSCARD and Bayern Card-Services service centers. I manage an agile team (XP) working in an international environment. I define the architecture, the best design and coding practices with JavaEE. I do mentoring, code reviews for younger developers with the objective of a scalable and sustainable software.
